How does Easy Pay work?
Easy Pay is an ACH card. You link the card to your existing bank account. Every time you use your Easy Pay card, the funds are deducted from your bank just like a check or debit card. There is no need to create a new bank account, open a line of credit, or have any affect at all on your credit score.

What is Easy Pay?
Easy Pay is a decoupled debit card you can use at Circle K. It connects to a bank account and can be used to purchase fuel or other items at Circle K stores. It works like a normal debit card, but it is only accepted at Circle K locations in the USA.

Easy Pay offers 10c off per every gallon, every day. It’s the easiest way to save and pay at Circle K.

How does Circle K Easy Pay compare to traditional gas cards?
While Easy Pay is not a credit gas card, it offers similar savings benefits by linking directly to your bank account — giving you discounts every time you fuel up without interest fees.

What do I need to enroll in Easy Pay?
You will need a valid bank account and a valid Driver’s License or State ID. You can also pick up an Easy Pay card at a participating Circle K store, or opt to have on mailed to you during enrollment.

What if I don’t have an Easy Pay card on me?
During enrollment, you can opt to have a card mailed to you.

How long will it take an Easy Pay card to arrive to me?
Mailed cards typically arrive in 7-10 business days. Picking up a card in store is still the easiest and fastest way to start using Easy Pay.

When registering, why do I need a driver’s license?
It is important to recognize that you are issuing an electronic check when the Easy Pay card is used for payment. This is the same as writing a check at the supermarket and being asked to show your driver’s license as an ID. The driver’s license is used only to verify your identity.

What if I don’t have a driver’s license or it is no longer valid or I only have a State ID?
A valid State ID is an acceptable for of identification. Cardholders must have a valid driver’s license or State ID to have an Easy Pay card.

Why is an email address required?
Email is used to communicate all card transactions, discounts and your account status.

What if I am hesitant to give my checking account information online?
The information needed for Easy Pay signup is the same information given out when you write a check and hand it for payment at checkout. With Easy Pay, it’s more secure and PIN protected.

What if I don’t have a checking account?
Easy Pay only works with participating checking accounts at this time.

Do we check your credit score when you enroll?
We do NOT check credit scores.

Will you sell or share my personal information?
The security of your data is very important to Circle K. We do not sell or disclose any information to a third party. The data you provide is only required to verify your identity.

Is my Easy Pay USER ID the same as my current Checking Account PIN number?
No. The USER ID (PIN) that you select can be any 4-digit number and does not need to be the same as your current PIN you use with your ATM or Web ID to your bank account. It is important to remember your PIN to use this method of payment.

How quickly will my Easy Pay card be ready to use?
Most Cardholders are approved instantly. Others may need to provide another form of ID, or to validate an account, a small transaction may need to be completed. If this is necessary, you will receive an email with further instructions.

I saw a small deposit and a small withdrawal of a few cents in my checking account. What is this?
With Easy Pay, your enrolled bank account information must be validated to ensure the account number is correct. Depending on your bank, this validation may be completed by submitting a small deposit and a matching withdrawal to your bank account. You will need to know both values to successfully complete the account validation process. The enrolled Easy Pay card is not activated until this deposit verification process is completed. You will receive emails from Circle K Easy Pay to help you complete the activation process, if required.

How does Easy Pay keep my information safe?
Easy Pay is safer than using a credit card or writing a check since there is no personal information on the card.

Are there any security measures to protect my card?
Every Easy Pay transaction requires a 4-digit PIN security code that you set up during enrollment. If the correct PIN is not used, the transaction will not be processed.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, it is PIN protected. If someone enters the wrong PIN three times, the card is locked and cannot be used. A Cardholder will have to contact Customer Service to unlock. Cards cannot be used without a PIN and have limits to protect you.

Are there any other security measures?
The Cardholder receives an email after every purchase confirming they made that purchase.
Using Easy Pay

Can I use Easy Pay with my family?
The Cardholder can have up to 3 Easy Pay Cards attached to the same checking account: good for families, kids in college, etc. After you enroll your first card, call our customer service team at 855-276-6088 to add additional cards.

What happens if I don’t have sufficient funds in my checking account?
There are returned transaction fees that will be applied to your account and if transactions are not collected through normal electronic means, your account could be flagged and placed into collections.

Is there a hold on my checking account?
There are no holds on your checking account with the Easy Pay card.

What if I forget my PIN?
Log into your account online and request a pin change or call Customer Service at 1-855-276-6088.

Where can the Easy Pay card be used?
Only at participating Circle K locations. Use it to pay for fuel and receive a discounted price rollback every day on every fuel purchase.

How is Easy Pay used for payment?
Your checking account is linked to your Easy Pay card when you enroll. You must complete the enrollment process to activate your card before it can be used.

Did you wait for the Payment Card Verification Complete email? Call number on the back of the card for more information.

What if I did not receive any emails?
Call 1-855-276-6088 to make sure the correct email address was used when registering.

What if I lose my Easy Pay card?
Pick up a new Easy Pay card at a participating Circle K. Then call 1-855-276-6088. Customer Service will link your account to the new card.

What do I do if my Easy Pay card mag stripe is worn out?
